All orders are sent via the courier company Econt Express. You can choose between three delivery methods:
- To an Econt office
- To a personal address
- To Automatic Robot Ekontomat
The standard delivery time is one working day. Orders placed during the week (Monday - Friday) before 16:00 are delivered the next working day.*
Orders placed after 16:00 on Thursday and before 16:00 on Friday are delivered to an Econt office on Saturday. If you wish your order to be delivered to a personal address on a Saturday, you should contact us on 0896587067 or 0894622690 to specify this. This service is charged extra to the courier (approx. £2)*.
All orders placed over the weekend are shipped Monday and arrive Tuesday.*
Econt offices are open until 18:00 during the week, until 13:00 on Saturdays and Sundays are a day off.*
It is important to know that some small locations where there is no Econt office are serviced on certain days of the week. If you have a question about a specific location, you can contact us to confirm the delivery date.
*Exception are all national holidays and public holidays.
For orders over 50BGN, delivery to any Econt or Econtomat office is free.
For orders to an Econt/Exchange office under 50BGN, and all orders to a personal address, you can see the exact delivery cost after entering the details in the "order completion" section. Usually delivery to an Econt office is around 5lv, and delivery to a personal address is around 7lv*.
* It is important to note that it is absolutely impossible for us to put a mark-up on the delivery price as it is automatically calculated by the system of Econt.
All jewellery is sent with a "view and test" option.
- If you choose the "Cash on Delivery" payment method, you can view and try on the jewellery before you pay.
- If you have paid in advance (by bank transfer), we will refund your payment to the same account as soon as we receive the goods back.
All our jewellery is made of 925 silver.
We also have a collection of gold plated silver jewellery. This means that the silver is plated with 14 or 18 carat gold plating.

tarnishing in silver jewellery is caused by silver sulphide, which forms when silver reacts with sulphur compounds in the atmosphere. Silver usually tarnishes faster in climates with high humidity and dirty air. Cosmetic products such as perfume, hairspray and deodorant can also contribute to the tarnishing of your jewellery as a chemical reaction occurs.
The most common form of silver in the jewelry world is sterling silver, also known as 925 silver. This means that the silver content is 92.5% and the remaining 7.5% is another metal, most commonly copper. It is the copper that sometimes causes jewellery to tarnish. Wondering why only silver is not used in such a case? In fact, pure silver is too soft a metal and it is virtually impossible to make jewelry without the aid of another metal.
Warranty and Packaging of Jewelry
You get a two-year warranty with every piece of jewellery from the date you receive it. You can read more about the warranty HERE.
All our jewellery is delivered in an elegant branded box which is suitable for gift giving. Each piece of jewellery also arrives with a quality certificate detailing its features.
Payment and Confirmation
You can pay for your order in the following two ways:
- Cash on Delivery - Cash on delivery is a standard service that allows you to pay for the goods once you are satisfied that they meet your expectations. Each delivery includes an "inspect and test" option prior to payment. Payment by cash on delivery is made via the Postal Money Order (PMO) service of Econt. You will receive a receipt from "Econt" for the PPP, which is a legally recognized document by Regulation No. H - 18 of 2006, Article 3 for "Registration and accounting of sales made" and replaces the receipt. You can pay either in cash or via a POS terminal.
- Payment by debit/credit card - You can pay directly upon completion of your order with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payment is processed by one of the largest and most trusted international payment processors - Stripe.
Once you successfully complete your order, we automatically send a message to the email address you provide.
Return and Exchange of Jewellery
Any jewellery may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. For this purpose, the item must be in its original packaging and without signs of use or damage to the commercial appearance of the goods in accordance with the provisions of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. As soon as we receive the jewellery/jewellery back, we will refund the amount paid by you by bank transfer. Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to replace a piece of jewellery due to an incorrect size or simply want to exchange the model for another, you can contact us at HERE.
To make the process as easy as possible, we send the new jewel to you with an exchange option. Upon receipt, the courier will request that the old jewelry be returned. Courier services for exchange are at the customer's expense.
In the event of a price difference between the different items, a partial supplement or refund will be made. Refunds can only be made by bank transfer to an account specified by you.

As soon as the jewelry is back in stock, we will contact you via the provided e-mail address or phone number to confirm the order.
No, you will not need to prepay anything at all. Once the jewel is available again, we will contact you to confirm if you still wish to proceed with the order.
